If I go into the store, it tries to restore both purchases, but I always get "0 purchases restored successfully."Especially premiums and gemiums. You only get premium seeds in like 1 out of 10 piñatas and you only get 5 seeds. Just to reach level 3 you need at least 120 (20 for lvl 2, 100 for 3). You need to get lucky enough to get premium seeds AND they also need to be for the specific plant you want, you cant even choose which gets it.
